I was invited to appear on TTR to discuss the role of Head of Sixth Form: "In this episode, Kalil is joined by Claire Green who is a Director of Sixth Form as she shares some invaluable insight into what the role entails and also what makes it such a great career. From curriculum design, to recruitment, to safeguarding, to pastoral, Claire drops some great gems and this is definitely worth a listen if you want to find out more about Post-16 leadership."
